STEP POWER in MAY for
Brain Tumor Awareness Month
Please join us to walk and raise additional funds for the NEPM Foundation. A little bit of competition is always healthy so we encourage teams of four (or walk on your own) to participate in STEP POWER. Spread the word by gaining sponsors that support your efforts; no donation is too small. Anyone that helps raise $1,000 or more is invited to be our guest at the upcoming golf and tennis event on August 7.
Each step can make a difference.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Walk solo or as a team of four
Set a step goal for May
Gather sponsors or donate (if so inclined)
Start walking May 1
Post your weekly mileage for our leader board
Have fun, get healthy and contribute to helping others

WHAT’S GOING ON?
Amongst Nancy’s favorite past times was walking. She clocked her steps and miles day after day. During Brain Tumor Awareness month, we are asking for your help to honor Nancy by exercising for a great cause--STEP POWER. Experts recommend between 6,000 and 10,000 steps per day—Nancy’s was more than 10,000 per day!
